Jennifer Klumas

Jennifer Klumas

Certified Spin Instructor

Jennifer’s specialty is spin. She started teaching in New York in the early ’90s, when she was among the first wave of trained instructors. Now, like then, spin is a side hustle that keeps her fit and sane while she manages a high-stress day job.  Jennifer is offering a :45 minute class that focuses on building strength and cardiovascular stamina. There are no bells and whistles, just a laser-like focus on form, challenge and timely encouragement. The class is suitable for all levels, but she can also set aside a couple of beginner sessions for those who’ve never tried it or are getting back in the saddle after a long break.
